Ex-Electoral Juror Raymes Speaks out After the Fraughtian President gave his Message to the Community

Raymes got his status as Elector Juror revoked after he suggested to the leaders of Dragon Den to kick the Fraughtian President, instead of doing the proper referendum procedure. Fraughtian President, FraughtMovie, stated his intention of banning Raymes from the community in his message to the community. Raymes claims that he was never told the proper procedure for a referendum. In fact, Raymes explained that he didn't even know he was apart of the Electory Jury until the day of the vote.

With very little instruction, and not having the official rules, Raymes voiced his opinion in the main chat of Dragon's Den. Raymes, not knowing what to do, other than count the votes, didn't realize he was breaking any rules, until several members of congress informed him that the Fraughtian President had intentions to ban him from the Fraughtian Community.

Fraughtian President Demands Resolution on Uniserverism Debate

FraughtMovie, President of the Community, demanded by the 16th of June, that a decision was made on uniserverism. This comes after Dragon's Den started it's referendum to leave the community . Dragon's Den left the community due to the uniserverism rules being overly restrictive. This has sparked an even more heated debate in congress, ending with FraughtMovie making a quick message to the community. Electoral Juror Suggesting to NOT hold an Election Within Dragon's Den, Electoral Juror "Raymes" has suggested to their server that they should leave without a proper referendum. Raymes stated "but being tied down is cringe as hell. its your own server." This is against the official ROTC rules , which explicitly states that "Member clans can exit the Fraughtian Community with a vote by the EJ. 70% or more of the population must be in favor of leaving the community." LostNuke - Creator of Bots

LostNuke. The name of a generation 10 Fraughtian, known for creating the main bots used in the community. CreditBank, F-Connect, and F-Time are all creations by LostNuke. CreditBank is the main transaction system for the community. It allows members to keep, pay, and shop with their Community Credits. F-Connect manages the global chat system. Global chat is a single channel where all participating Fraughtian regions can chat together, without needing to get a safe pass. F-Connect can support multiple channels, so there can be a general chat, a mature discussion, etc. F-Time manages the clock you see in most Fraughtian Servers. The clock is set in "Fraughtian Standard Time", which is identical to Central Time in the US. It is a simple bot, but a very useful one. It allows there to be a default time zone for everything. LostNuke joined the community in the Minecraftia Region. He quickly became a trusted member, and was elevated to the role of "consul" in Minecraftia.

Electoral Jury Gives Verdict on Raymes' Case Against Fraughtian President

After the improper handling of Dragon's Den's referendum to leave the community, Fraughtian President, FraughtMovie, removed Raymes as an Electoral Juror, and invited 3 different people to become Electoral Jurors. This new Electoral Jury was responsible for hearing the case of Raymes vs. the Fraughtian President. Both sides brought their arguments, and it was up to the Electoral Jury to decide. Electoral Juror, JackTheGamingGuy made the final verdict. Raymes lost his position as EJ, Raymes has conditional membership, and is subject to a tier 2 ban from the Fraughtian Community. A tier 2 ban has a duration of 24 hours. Electoral Juror JackTheGamingGuy gave his reasoning: "Under section 3 of the Terms for Annexation. Not allowing the vote to end, and not being impartial is not proper procedure."
